Deciding whether to seek counseling, especially if you’ve never experienced therapy before, can be a difficult task. Understandably, expense is probably one of your top concerns. I would like to suggest that you consider seeing therapy as an investment in yourself and in your quality of life, similar to investing in a gym membership.
I work on a fee for service basis (see rates below). At this time, I do not accept insurance. However, if your insurance covers mental health and/or if you have a healthcare spending account, then I can provide a “superbill”, which will allow you to submit for reimbursement. Individual Session Fee 50 min: $145
Couples and Family Sessions 60 min: $150
Group therapy 90 min: $75
Sliding Scale
Available based on individual circumstances as well as my schedule permits. Fee adjustments can be arranged. These are determined on an individual basis.
